The four founders of Consider were seeking to provide their clients with a more honest and passionate approach to design and marketing. The company now comprises marketing, strategy, creative, planning and technical expertise. And itís this combination of different talents, personalities and skills that makes it such an effective mix.

Alistair Kelly
Take a company, give it an identity, give it shape, focus and an instantly recognisable image. This is something Alistair excels at. With great creative talent, an amazing attention to detail and strong organisational skills, Alistair has long proved his worth in the world of design.
Graduating from the University of Brighton with a BA (Hons) in graphic design, he went on to work for a number of agencies including The Partners and Design in Action. At Communique group he was Creative Director, involved in all aspects of fulfilling creative briefs, until his move to co-found Consider. Former leading clients of note include English Heritage, Virgin Holidays, Manpower and Warner Bros.

Ben Leeves
The director responsible for creative new media ideas is Ben. He has a flair for understanding a clientís needs and developing innovative solutions to satisfy them. Starting out over twelve years ago in graphic design, he was involved in work for the prestigious MOBO awards and designed album covers for artists such as Tom Jones, D-Influence and Aswad.
With the growth and development of the internet, Ben moved into new media. He has controlled website design, planning, usability and promotion for many high-profile clients, including the BBC, Lexus, the Woolwich and Monarch Airlines.
Ben most recently championed Considerís move into Europe with the opening of an office in Hamburg and now spends his time between this and the London office.

Ian Boardman
Over the years Ian has worked on wide and varied creative briefs, including work for companies such as Royal Bank of Scotland, Lexus, Sony and 3M. A passion for print and design has defined his work and led to him being headhunted by several notable agencies.
With over ten years' experience as a graphic designer covering direct mail, brochures, sales promotion, publishing and advertising, Ian is proficient in all areas of print and production and was Head of Design at Communique Group before co-founding Consider. His original and clean eye-catching ideas always bring something new to the mix.

Phil Lindsay
Phil ensures the smooth running of any project, delivering budgets, technical analysis, specifications and proactive management. His technical abilities in new media are outstanding, but it is his business strategy skills that ensure clientsí marketing objectives are met and their desires fulfilled.
Working as a new media consultant since 1998 and teaching at the London School of Printing, Phil has perfected his talents in projects for leading companies like Barclays Wealth, the Royal Festival Hall and the Learning and Skills Council. He is a graduate of the Surrey Institute of Art and Design with a BA (Hons) in Visual Communications.
