Ben does his bit for Red Cross Appeal Week

Our Digital Creative Director Ben recently did his bit for charity – although he doesn't like to talk about it. Much.

All in aid of Red Cross Appeal Week, he was recruited by the British Red Cross to shake a bucket at his local train station, Hayward's Heath (as you can see).

To say he rather enjoyed himself would be a huge understatement: "I was hugely surprised at the generosity of commuters, and even though it was cold and my feet were pretty numb, it was very good fun!" said Ben.

Red Cross Appeal Week was last week, but you can still donate by visiting the Appeal Week microsite we created and built for this year's appeal. The site focused around utilising social media apps whilst being fun and engaging with a strong emphasis on community.

Which is where Ben comes in next year…

"We wanted to take a new approach to the direct mail that targets newly qualified accountants and Consider’s solution ensured this happened. In a short space of time, we have already had a host of responses to this mailer, including several CVs for the jobs included in the mailer."
