We’re on the look-out for a passionate and enthusiastic project manager with a strong digital skillset. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of client projects within our Client Services Team. You’re a quick thinker with plenty of experience working on digital campaigns. You're an expert at managing the minutiae of multiple projects with a minimum of three to five years' agency experience. Finally, you’re ambitious, thrive on working in a team, managing project delivery and are looking to take the next step in your career.

How you’ll fit into the team

As one of Consider’s Project Managers, you’ll play a key role managing day-to-day project delivery - all the way from initial strategy, research and scoping through to final delivery of assets or artwork. You’ll have a high level of understanding of the technical aspects of digital projects including websites, social advertising, video, email and CRM. You’ll have the ability to make recommendations based on experiences in your field, both to internal team and to clients and suppliers. You are commercially aware and are keen to work as part of a team to hit project milestones and profitability targets.

The kind of person we’re looking for:

  • You are experienced in tracking and managing digital project resources and anticipating possible issues.
  • You have the confidence and ability to work out project budgets, write detailed briefs, project specs and manage issues, risk and scope creep along the way
  • You excel at managing project stakeholders and workloads, both externally with clients, agency partners, media agencies, productions houses, other suppliers, and internally with our team
  • You will need to produce precise, detailed timelines in conjunction with our Traffic Manager
  • You will be required to keep project trackers and client budget documents updated regularly
  • You are a people person and enjoy working as part of a small team, where you will be required to keep the relevant Account Manager, Senior and Account Director informed
  • You have strong organisational abilities and deal calmly with reactive situations and last minute briefing changes
  • Your attention to detail is exceptional
  • You have a head for numbers and revel in the detail of budgets and quoting
  • You know your way round a Gantt chart and how to schedule multiple projects with different members of the team at the same time
  • You are keen to utilise your digital experience and help inspire members of the team with this
  • You are ambitious and thrive in a supportive team environment

Where you’ll be working:

We operate a hybrid working model, with our team predominantly working from home Monday to Friday. Our office (in Old Street) is open for key meetings, occasional office work and catching up face-to-face.
