Consider announce new Creative Director and Head of CopyBy Alistair Kelly
We’re delighted to kick off 2020 with the announcement of two senior appointments to Consider’s Creative Team.
Ben Brill, who joined the team at the start of 2019 from Save the Children, has been appointed Creative Director.
And Joe Nicholson’s consistent conceptual brilliance has been recognised with a promotion to Head of Copy.
They join stalwart Design Director Inigo Matas to form a trio of senior creatives, following the departure of Creative Director James Barry, who is going freelance after three outstanding years with Consider.
As Creative Strategy Lead at Save the Children, Ben delivered mould-breaking concepts for multi-million-pound campaigns including Christmas Jumper Day, along with some of the charity’s most successful digital fundraising campaigns.
He’s adapted effortlessly to agency life, impressing our education and charity clients alike with the depth and directness of his conceptual thinking.
“I’ve loved working with the team over the past year,” says Ben. “I’m so excited to have the chance to cement our reputation for telling stories brilliantly – and delivering outstanding results.”
Joe joined Consider in January 2018 from Christian Aid. Over the past two years, he’s consistently delivered outstanding thinking and sparkling copy. In recent months, he’s also played a key role in successful pitches, a testament to the strong relationship he’s building with our Strategy team.
“It’s a privilege to work alongside such talented creatives here at Consider, making campaigns for clients who are determined to solve the world’s most pressing problems” says Joe, who also serves as a Trustee for homelessness charity, Housing Justice. “I’m now looking forward to working more with our education clients and finding new ways to tell their stories.”
We’ve been so impressed by Ben and Joe’s plans for the team. They’re exciting talents: we’re so glad to be giving them the chance to shine.
