Huge welcome to Max, our new Senior Account Manager!

Charming and capable, Max joins us to focus on projects for our Education clients.

Coming from the commercial agency world, it’s fair to say Max is accomplished at everything marketing has to offer: from TV and branding to print and out-of-home, you name it, he’s got a campaign under his belt. And we couldn’t be happier.

Max started his career at JCDecaux, where he found pro bono billboard space for one of our largest clients, the British Heart Foundation. Since then, he’s smashed briefs in every sector going, including for household names like Ralph Lauren, McCain and Carluccio’s.

Like many of us here at Consider, however, he wanted to use his skills to contribute more to the world-leading him to his freelance career, working for universities of every stripe. Whether it’s a rebrand for LSE’s Psychology department or clearing campaigns for Edge Hill, he’s at ease in the education market – a dab hand at applying everything he’s learnt to this incredible sector.

“So many commercial marketing techniques are transferable,” he says. “New customer acquisition, retention…the formulae are the same, it’s just the methods you use which are different. And when it comes to education, every pound spent is more precious – so we can’t afford to make mistakes.”

Outside of work, he’s at large in Peckham, making the most of the city after his recent move from Liverpool.

You’ll find him on the hunt for London’s best-kept secrets, whether it’s the best way to enjoy Notting Hill Carnival or the most underrated bar for a civilised drink with friends.

Oh, and Max is a true cosmopolitan. He’s effortlessly fluent in Dutch and Spanish, and is permanently dreaming of his next escape. This year, Miami and the Bahamas have featured already – and Christmas in Thailand is on the horizon…
