Say ‘hello’ to our newest recruits

Say ‘hello’ to our newest recruits

It’s a shared feeling here at Consider HQ that our team is made up of the best of the best. But then again, we would say that, wouldn’t we?

So why don’t we prove it, by introducing you to our two newest recruits? And with in-house charity experience and creativity in bucket-loads, they’ll easily back-up our theory.

Lucy Dickson: Strategist

Lucy’s got the energy and ideas to light up any fundraising campaign – and make it a roaring success.

Having worked at Comic Relief, Opening Doors London, and RNIB, she’s helped design a range of innovative campaigns – including the Red Nose Day 2021 stewardship strategy.

She was drawn to Consider, she says, by our varied portfolio of inspiring clients – as well as our genuine commitment to diversity, inclusion, and sustainability.

These are values that Lucy holds true to in her spare time, too – especially when performing and producing for her queer theatre company, Queerly Productions.

It’s already obvious that Lucy’s going to fit right in here at Consider, and we can’t wait to see what she’s got up her sleeve.

Alex Arnott: Account Manager

Alex is the kind of Account Manager every client dreams of.

She’s already built up an impressive CV client-side, working for ActionAid UK and Save the Children.

At both, she managed international projects – a highlight being an ActionAid UK project in Mozambique for women and girls who have suffered sexual violence.

And, aside from being an organisational mastermind, committed to having a positive impact – Alex knows more than a thing or two about digital fundraising. At Save the Children, she worked on DRTV and always-on digital assets across individual giving, emergency appeals, and legacy campaigns.

Consider, Alex says, has always been a ‘crush’ of hers. She’s been paying close attention to the campaigns coming out of our doors for several years – and she’s thrilled, she says, to finally be a part of them.

We’re thrilled too. We’re confident she’s going to do some really great work in the months ahead – and that she’ll inspire those around her to do the same.
