Seeking Freelance Strategists!

We’re looking to widen our pool of trusted freelance Strategy support to work with us on some exciting upcoming briefs. You’ll be working alongside the passionate and friendly Consider team. We help influence the way some of the UK’s best-loved charities, most prestigious universities and largest membership organisations engage their audiences.

We place empathy at the heart of everything we do, and so you’ll be responsible for designing and undertaking primary research that you turn into insights that underpin winning strategies for our clients.

We’re an ambitious agency with brilliant working relationships with our clients, and we are looking for people whose values align with ours to work closely with our team and our clients both on a project-to-project, and also an ongoing basis.

Are you:

  • An experienced Strategist or Researcher with significant agency experience working in the charity, education and/or membership sectors?
  • An expert in designing, undertaking and distilling quantitative and qualitative research projects, providing clients with actionable insights that help improve their communications?
  • Experienced in mapping supporter and/or member journeys, covering multiple audience segments and channels?
  • Someone with a wide range of strategic tools and techniques at their disposal, able to adapt their approach and deliverable to each client’s challenge(s)?
  • Experienced developing strategies that flex across a number of channels and touchpoints?
  • Up to date on all the latest sector trends and best practices?
  • Confident making media and/or channel recommendations to help our clients reach and engage their audiences?
  • Able to work to quick deadlines and timings?
  • Comfortable planning and facilitating workshops with a number of stakeholders?
  • A confident communicator at every level, from steering the conversation with Directors of Fundraising for some of the UK’s biggest charities, to delivering an inspiring briefing to our creative team?
