Ellie embodies that covetable combination of razor-sharp strategic skill and an instinctive ability to connect and engage with people. She cut her teeth in commercial advertising, but moved to fundraising agencies when she found charities ignited her passion in a way that banks never would. Oona is a genuinely creative strategic thinker - as adept with the bigger picture as she is with the most minute detail. Simply put, she gets it. Oona began her Consider career as an Account Manager, but now also takes the lead on strategic projects - pushing our strategic offering further with every job. Amanda comes armed with an impressive portfolio of experience in project management and brand development both here and in her native Australia. Amanda has worked across a range of sectors in the last six years and is equally comfortable with print and digital. Her serene aura remains enviably unruffled while she multi-tasks with impressive skill and efficiency.Close detail
Sally is an Account Manager with a rare blend of qualities: creative flair, a keen eye for detail and superb organisational skills. A background in illustration led Sally into the creative realm, and she’s honed her project management expertise in both charity and commercial sectors – most recently in the creative advertising team for Radio Times.
Pauline’s another of the creative team with a stack of agency and freelance experience behind her. She's what's known in the trade as a 'safe pair of hands'.
