Imperial College London wanted their Annual Fundraising Report to thank supporters and reassure them of their value and the impact of their contribution. At the same time, it needed to inspire them and motivate them to continue their support.
The College wanted a distinctive look and feel: clean and clear visually, but warm and engaging in approach, using case studies and photography to bring to life the ways in which their support is making a difference.
The report’s fresh, clean design sits comfortably within the College’s brand and flexes to present content in a range of ways, to keep readers engaged. Plenty of white space gives prominence to people-focused photography demonstrating how the supporter is making a difference.
Confident, concise headlines, quotations, illustrations and case studies break up and enliven the text while infographics communicate key statistics with immediacy and visual impact.
The content includes the stories of beneficiaries and other donors, giving a personal perspective on how they’re helping, while different ways of giving and various causes that can be supported are signposted throughout.
The College’s leadership team, key stakeholders, and supporters all fed back favorably on the report.
