London Business School asked us to coordinate the production of the creative assets for their global advertising campaign. They needed an agency to manage the updating and supply of multiple digital and print adverts to publishers around the world, over the course of the academic year.
Using existing creative, we produced a suite of assets for the School’s open enrolment programmes on and offline. On a weekly basis, we ensure the publishers have the right assets to roll out in multiple markets, nationally and internationally. Publishers include the FT, eFinancial Careers, Executive Appointments, HR Director and LinkedIn. We ensure smooth campaign production, avoiding problems that cause budget over-runs and time delays; such as incorrect file sizes and formats, wrong versions of assets updated and mobile and browser issues in different countries.
The smooth running of the rollout has ensured we have been re-appointed to this role for our third year this year. We continue to deliver on time and on budget each week, whilst keeping on top of the project management of the complex multi-time zone and multi-faceted demands of the School’s global ad campaign.
